SYSTEMATIC REVIEW PROGRAM PEMASARAN CROSS SELLING PERUSAHAAN WARALABA PADA MASA PANDEMI

This stydy aims to provide an overview of a marketing program that is suitable for running business, especially franchise business during the COVID-19 pandemic, which has not yet been confirmed. To achieve this goal, researchers chose systematic literature review research method as in determining these goals. With collecting data through previous on scientific journal system with theme discussing do cross selling main discussion study. The results study indicate most effective option surviving pandemic situation emphasize promotion without ruling out other programs.
 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberi gambaran pemasaran yang sesuai dijalankan sebuah usaha bisnis terutama pada waralaba di masa pandemi covid-19 masih belum dipastikan tersebut berakhir. Untuk mencapai tujuan maka peneliti memilih metode penelitian sebagai dalam menetukan tersebut. Dengan mengumpulkan melalui penelitian-penelitian terdahulu sistus jurnal ilmiah dengan tema penelitiannya membahas ada kaitannya bahasan utama ini. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terefektif menjadi pilihan bertahan disituasi adalah menekankan promosi tanpa menyampingkan program-program lain.
